Grundfos Serious Trip Dealer Promotion (Dealer Promotion):
The Promoter in Australia is Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd, 515 South Road, Regency Park, South Australia, Australia, 5010, ABN 90 007 920 765 (hereinafter ‘Grundfos’).
To be eligible to win the “Dealer Promotion”, dealers must fulfill the following conditions:
- To be considered an “Eligible Dealer” you must be invited by Grundfos to participate.
- The prize is an all expenses paid trip for one employee to the NGWA Groundwater Week event overseas (location and value TBC) from each of the winning dealers.
- Three (3) prizes will be awarded. The winner(s) of the Dealer Promotion will one be from each of the following:
- The top store with the highest % unit sales growth in “Eligible Products” for the period 1 August 2025 - 31 December 2025 vs 1 August 2024 - 31 December 2024. Unit sales includes only invoiced goods for immediate shipment between 1 August 2025 and 31 December 2025. Percentage Unit Growth Calculation - For the purposes of the % growth calculation the minimum previous year monthly unit sales achievement must be 15 units or more of Eligible Products. If a Participating Store purchased 14 units or less of the Eligible Products in the previous year being calculated, a minimum of 15 units will be used to calculate the % growth.
- The top store with the highest increase in “Eligible Products” purchased for the period 1 August 2025 - 31 December 2025 vs 1 August 2024 - 31 December 2024. Unit sales includes only invoiced goods for immediate shipment between 1 August 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- The store with the highest number of “Serious Warranties” registered during the campaign period 1 August 2025 - 31 December 2025.
- Eligible Products: Selected product sizes in the following Grundfos Submersible ranges and Solar Connect ranges: SQ, SQE, SQFlex, SP, Solar Connect modules. Part numbers supplied in appendix.
- Announcement of the Winning Store: Grundfos will calculate the winners of the Dealer Promotion on 15 January 2026 and notify the winning stores by 30 January 2026.
Grundfos Serious Rewards Dealer Promotion (Counter Salesperson Promotion):
To be eligible to receive the “Serious Rewards Counter Salesperson Promotion”, salesperson must be an Employee of an Eligible Dealer and must fulfill the following conditions:
- Salesperson must have registered to participate by completing the “Serious Rewards” platform (grundfos-serious-rewards.com.
au).
By submitting a registration each participant confirms that they have been duly informed and agreed that: (1) Grundfos will collect, store, and use entrants’ personal information to assist Grundfos in improving goods and services; and (2) Grundfos may contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including email, mail and commercial electronic messages. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their personal information may be used in the manner described above. Grundfos Privacy Policy is available at https://www.grundfos.com/au/legal/privacy. - The Campaign Period is from 1 August 2025 - 31 December 2025.
- The salesperson will earn points which they are able to redeem using the Grundfos Rewards program.
- Points can be accrued by:
- Selling an Eligible Submersible Pump product: 20 point per product sold
- Selling an Eligible Solar Connect Range product: 60 points per product sold
- Each point is valued at $1.00 AUD for registrations in Australia, $1.00 NZD for registrations in New Zealand.
- Eligible Products: Selected product sizes in the following Grundfos Submersible Pump ranges: SQ, SQE, SQFlex, SP and Solar Connect ranges: Solar Connect modules, Solar Connect prepaid subscription. Part numbers supplied in appendix.
- The Salesperson must register sales through the “Serious Rewards” platform (grundfos-serious-rewards.com.
au). Sales registered by any other means will not be accepted.
- A maximum of 10,000 (ten thousand) points will be awarded during the campaign period.
General terms
- Grundfos is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
- Grundfos will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Grundfos.
- All registrations will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Any form of automated entry using the Internet or any other device or software is invalid.
- Rewards are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Grundfos shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting any reward under these T&C. Independent financial and taxation advice should be sought by any person participating in the promotion.
- Grundfos cannot be held accountable for any delays resulting in gift cards being received or reloaded slower than the above-specified timeframes.
- In the event that prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond Grundfos’ control, Grundfos reserves the right to provide an alternative reward of the same value as the original reward, subject to any applicable laws or directions made under applicable legislation.
- Grundfos reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who registers a sale that is not in accordance with these T&C. Multiple registrations of the same purchase/installation will not be accepted. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible registrations will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected registrations.
The laws of South Australia govern this promotion.
